
Orlando Culinary Academy established in 2002 and is located in Orlando, Florida. Orlando Culinary
Academy brings internationally respected Le Cordon Bleu culinary arts education
to the Central Florida region. While the Orlando Culinary Academy is relatively new,
Le Cordon Bleu’s original school started over 110 years ago in Paris and rapidly
established itself as a highly respected culinary arts college.
The book's success prompted its publisher to open a cooking school with the
Cordon Bleu designation. Our culinary programs are designed to help students
pursue their passions and prepare them for professional opportunities in the
international culinary, patisserie and baking, and hospitality industries.
